On Quality Control: "JMR Construction's quality control was excellent throughout the project. The Navy received a very good product due to JMR's quality control."

On Management: "JMR's true strength lie in their management skills and ability to network during the construction process. San Clemente is a remote location to work; it's a island 85 miles off the coast of California. Supplies and building materials are shipped via a barge once a week with limited space available to the tenants of the island. This makes working on the island very difficult. The contractors schedule is built around the barge and space availability. For any project to run smooth under these circumstances would be considered a success. JMR also completed the job ahead of schedule, which is even more difficult."

On Project Schedule: " JMR provided excellent schedule management with constant updates of the schedule. Provided CPM schedule to insure project is kept on track. Any slippage in the schedule was effectively managed. Project was delivered within schedule timeframe, in time for agency move in.

On Quality: End product was an interior office renovation that fully met contract and design requirements. Quality of construction work was excellent. GSA and end users are very pleased with the space. All building systems were functioning at the beneficial occupancy."
