Quality

For JMR the only acceptable goal is “zero defects”. Our objective is to make sure that all work is right the first time. Our people believe it – Our subcontractors understand it – Our customers expect it.

JMR is consistently exceeding our customers expectations. Our quality control involves three phases of inspection:

  • Preparatory
  • Initial
  • Follow Up

Meticulous records are kept to insure a total understanding for each phase of the work before it begins or if any change in personnel is made. Following the preparatory stage we implement a total Quality Control inspection program throughout the duration of the project. We accomplish this by intense training. All JMR’s project engineers, project managers, quality control and key field personnel are required to attend the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers’ course ‘Construction Quality Management for Contractors’.

In the ever competitive contracting arena, JMR recognizes the importance of repeat customers, as is evidenced in our experience section under projects and in our references section of this site. Realizing that excellent quality control creates excellent quality, repeat business will follow.
