Summary of Work Performed:
The project consisted of a complete remodel
of the 5th Floor including new carpeting, wall
covering, bathroom tile, electrical, heating and air conditioning, painting, and plumbing. The project was a fast track with time for completion at 14 weeks. As a result of the performance on this project, JMR was awarded the 4th Floor T.I. for $1,523,689 |
