Description of Work: Completely demolish and remove 48 single family units on Cannon, Fitzgerald, and Fairchild (as-builts are marked as "A" buildings). Remove portion of road that is currently blocked off to through traffic south of the Cannon and Fitzgerald intersection, north of the baseball diamonds. Work includes removal of all pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and traffic signs in specified area.
