Summary of Work Performed:
The project consists of the installation of a new steep and low sloped roof system including 4" thick ventilated insulation over a metal deck, ice dam protection, heavyweight dimensional shingles, tapered insulation over level structural decks, fully adnered EPDR roofing, copper and pre-finished metal roof systems, Bylin Ice Melt System and a Snow Guard System.
Also included: pre-finished metal soffit and fascia systems, and copper gutters/downspouts. |
