Summary of Work Performed:

This project consisted of the design and construction of 28 high end condominiums each over 1750 sf. Each unit was individually customized with numerous amenities. The project was built on a hillside with the majority of the work completed in the winter which required tenting and heating. The project was the fastest selling high end condominium project in Anchorage.
