Summary of Work Performed:
This design/built project consisted of construction of a 90,000 sq ft office/warehouse facility on a 5 acre site, including an interior buildout complete with all mechanical, plumbing, and architectural finishes, site improvements including landscaping and a parking lot, and underground utilities. The site required extensive site preparation to accommodate unsuitable soil conditions. The majority of this project was constructed under a tent during winter. |
