Summary of Work Performed:
The construction consists of the selective demolition of antiquated office space including removal and disposal of hazardous materials, then construction of the new facility. The new facility is actually a .Building within a Building.. Construction also included the strengthening of existing concrete column foundations by selective removal of on the existing 10. thick concrete slab, new reinforcing steel and concrete, reinforcement of existing structural steel columns with new structural steel, new metal truss girder, metal trusses, metal roof deck with light weight structural concrete topping, modified bitumen roof system, roll-up doors, pre-finished metal siding, and man doors. |
