Summary of Work Performed:
The project consisted of a new 2400sf addition to be built to the existing Squadron Facility. In addition to the new construction, selective demolition and remodel was required to the 9000sf of the existing facility. Construction included, concrete slap on grade, masonry and steel baring walls, metal trusses, metal roof deck, rigid foam roof installation and a new standing seam metal roof. Other infrastructure improvements include installation of a 600KVA flywheel UPS and backup diesel generator, installation, termination and testing of new copper voice, CAT 6 COMM and over 1800 fiber optic connections. |
