JMR
employs a team approach to each project, working closely
with all parties involved, as early as possible. We realize
the majority of construction savings can be generated during
the earliest phases of a project. JMR uses cost effective
solutions from the outset, to assure that the owner’s
objectives and budget are met. Since teamwork and continuity
remain essential as a project moves forward, a company principal
works with each project team from inception through the
duration of the project.
Once
in the construction phase, a construction team skilled in
the management of cost control and scheduling staffs each
project. Leading the team is an experienced project manager
who reports directly to a JMR principal. With this system,
everyone works together and moves in the same direction.
JMR’s
forward-thinking business systems include state of the art
computer and communication systems that allow all branch
offices to link to the home office. In this manner, central
control is maintained while allowing the flexibility to
operate in many different areas.
