JMR is comprised of experienced, highly qualified personnel who have professional degrees in engineering, construction management, geology and accounting. A core group of qualified tradesmen for critical crafts are utilized in-house when appropriate and cost effective. By having control of the quality and availability of these workmen, the company has better control over the schedule and final project costs.

JMR’s management team, each with over 20 years of construction experience, supported by innovative, yet proven systems, deliver a superior level of service to our clients. Each team member is given comprehensive training to improve upon technical, safety, quality control and management skills. During this training, a special emphasis is placed on teamwork. In addition, we constantly strive to improve our communication skills.
