History
When
opened in the early nineties, JMR founders JoAnne and Ron
Rivard set out to challenge “customary practices”
in the construction industry. Through our innovative collaborative
approach and up-front involvement in projects, we have not
only challenged those customary practices, but continue to
raise the bar and change the market in terms of the level
of service we provide to the customer. We combine traditional,
quality hands on building experience with take charge, self
initiated, roll-up-our-sleeves attitude and management style
to the specific needs of today’s fast-track projects.
JMR
started as a small, home-based general contracting company
and has expanded into a multi faceted, full service general
contractor with offices in California and Nevada.
JMR
streamlines communication processes, anticipates and solves
problems before they crop up, and identifies long and short-term
customer objectives for each project. We establish aggressive
schedules to meet those objectives and commit the resources
to deliver on the promises we make to our customers–without
excuses. This approach is applied to all project delivery
methods, including design/build and competitive bid. We substantiate
these claims with measurable results, as attested by our letters
of references. Whether it’s a multi-million dollar technically
challenging project with an “impossible” deadline
or a renovation of a single office, each of our customers
is served with the same thoughtful, progressive and proactive
attitude–always working to exceed expectations. Our
highly participatory management team, years of experience,
and strong relationships with local consultants and subcontractors
allow JMR to provide outstanding service.
