JMR is aggressive and proactive in maintaining cost control. Clients and team members can view, using web-based tools, weekly up-dates of completed cost reports tracked against the original budget. The cost impact of client requested change orders are identified and tracked against the budget allowing the customer to make educated, cost effective design and construction decisions. The system is real time driven as all purchases are entered as committed through the purchase order system, as opposed to an invoice system that lag by a month or more.
Costs impacts related to time delays due to correspondence lag time in submittals, RFI's, change orders, design revision, and other correspondence can be minimized by JMR's web based system which allows for project collaboration vie the web where information is shared and responded to simultaneously by all effected parties.
